<h2 id="isPasted"><strong>Order Cancellations</strong></h2><p>You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel or make changes. Go to your order confirmation email and click &quot;view or edit your order&quot; to access self-service cancellation, where a countdown timer will show your remaining time.</p><p>If more than 2 hours has passed, or if the self-service process doesn&apos;t work for any reason, please contact Customer Service at&#xA0;<a href="tel:+18556657710" target="_blank" style=" text-decoration: underline;">+1 (855) 665-7710</a>. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, and will be subject to our return policy.</p><p>Fulfilled by Partner orders are eligible for cancellation within the same window. Cancellations requested after 2 hours will be attempted but cannot be guaranteed, and orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped.</p><p>Successfully cancelled orders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3&#x2013;10 business days.</p>

Items must be in original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the merchandise or shoe box (tape, labels, markings, etc.) will void the return. All returns are inspected; worn or damaged items will be returned at your cost or forfeited. If only part of the promotion is returned, the return will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and the items will be sent back to you at your expense or forfeited if you decline to have them shipped back.</p><p>Returns must be initiated through our online&#xA0;<a href="https://www.thewalkingcompany.com/returns" rel="noopener" style=" text-decoration: underline;">Returns Portal</a>. This ensures we receive all required order details and can generate the correct return shipping label.</p><h2 id="return-shipping-costs"><strong>Return Shipping Costs</strong></h2><p>At checkout, you have the option to add Checkout+ for a small fee of $4 to secure free return shipping on eligible items. If Checkout+ is not selected, a return shipping and handling fee of $11.00 will be deducted from your refund once your return is received. This service does not override final sale items or any other store policies.</p><p>If an item arrives defective, damaged, or was shipped to you incorrectly, WalkingCo LLC covers the cost of return shipping and the $11.00 fee is waived.</p><p>Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.</p><p>No restocking fee applies to any return. The $11.00 charge is a separate return shipping and handling fee, not a restocking fee.</p><p>All return packages must be shipped using FedEx as the original carrier. While the provided return label may display USPS tracking for last-mile delivery purposes, USPS should not accept or process return packages as the original point of origin.</p><h2 id="refunds--exchanges"><strong>Refunds &amp; Exchanges</strong></h2><ul><li>Exchanges are free.</li><li>A shipping fee of $11.00 is deducted from refunds (returns for store credit and exchanges are free).</li><li>Exchanging into a different color, style, or footbed qualifies for a $10 bonus credit, applied toward the exchange item. This credit does not reduce the value of your original order.</li><li>Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
